Plan & Schedules

:

・ Contribute in the Processing Section’s operational plans and support their implementation maintaining the production conditions and ensuring production targets are met in terms of quantity and quality to support the achievement of ADOC’s objectives.

Supervision

:

・ Prepare/modify and document operational/laboratory guidelines, instructions and manuals inline with literature, catalogues & manufacturer’s manuals and Company’s set technical standards. ・ Ensure all Processing Section activities are conducted as per set guidelines and procedure and any irregularities in operations are highlighted to superiors.

Leadership, Budget and Cost control

:

・ Assist the Processing Head in the Processing Section’s budgets based on field development, Company’s production and annual/mid term production & maintenance plans related to Utilities facility and coordinate all related activities in compliance with the approved budgets and time lines.

HSE

:

・Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the Department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude. ・Evaluate & recommend employees for training programs for skill enhancement to build a competent team.
