Job Description
(1) To act as a Secretary to the General Manager and assist other staffs;
(2) To serve as an adviser on local requirements, local methods and procedures and general source of information on the emirate of Abu Dhabi and other emirates in the U.A.E.;
(3) To meet visitors and execute general reception duties;
(4) General office administration;
- Translation and interpretation -Accounting assistance
- Schedule coordination -Travel arrangement
- Diary management -Filing
- Ordering stationery -Expenses
- Telephone/Fax/PC operation -Copying report, memorandum, letters etc.
- Serving coffee/tea for visitors -Application for public affairs
- All other secretarial assistance
(5) As Public Relation Officer the Employee has responsibilities for all U.A.E. government’s laws and procedures related to Immigration, Labour, Customs, Municipality/Trading affairs. Responsibilities will also include, but not limited to;
- Provide documents to typing centre
- Submit documents for Visa administration and Work permits
- Submit documents for Commercial and Trade Licenses for any kinds of business requirements
- Submit documents to the Post Office or Labour office for Visa Submission etc
- Update visa administration information
- Provide continuous advice in regards to the new rules in the governmental departments;
Required skills/experience
- English (necessary to be fluent in both speaking and writing)
- Word/ Excel and other PC skills
- PRO experience
- Arabic (Preferable)
