About Us

Spark Maintenance & Oil-Field Services - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. was established over 40+ years ago in Abu Dhabi by Brigadier (Retd.) Abdulla Al Mulla, in the year 1974 and it is a 100% locally owned company.

It was established to meet the recruitment and manpower requirements of the Oil & Gas, petrochemical companies and their consultants.

Spark Est. is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified from BVQ and is the proud recipient of many prestigious awards such

“HSE Contractor of the year” from GASCO 2005, 2007, 2008 & 2012
Total ABK “HSE Contractor of the year” in 2013 (Total ABK has for the first time in their history honored a company)
Abu Dhabi Co for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) presented an award to SPARK in recognition of its contribution to the safety achievement of Five Million Man-Hours with Zero Lost Time Accidents in ADCO Fields in 1998 and achievement of 22 Million Man-hours Without Lost time Injury in 2006

Our scope of work includes manpower sourcing and deployment for both contract hire and direct hire positions.

With a strong local presence and close association with international partners, Spark is fully equipped to handle both local and Overseas Manpower deployment campaigns.

Our recruitment process begins with a detailed evaluation of the Client’s needs and objectives.

Our team focuses both on the technical requirements of the job as well as understanding of human psychology, culture and personalities as our scope of work includes multiple nationalities.
